About 5 minutes from Valle Aurellia metro/train station, near from Vaticano, excellent for visiting major sites in Rome! With a kitchenette, excellent for families with small children!

This hidden gem is a delightful find! The prices are incredibly low for what you get - it's almost too good to be true! The hotel is conveniently located close to a grocery store, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need during your stay. And the best part? It's just a short walk to the city center and the metro station, making it a perfect base for exploring all that this beautiful city has to offer. The rooms even come with a kitchen, so you can save money by preparing your own meals. Plus, the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly - they make you feel right at home!

All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful - we couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

Hotel staff is very polite and helpfull, but not everyone (actually 2 persons only) speaks English.

We stayed 3 nights, the room was cleaned only once (after the first night)

They lie about the distance of the metro! They said in Booked.net that they are 400 mts from the metro, it is not true, they are 800 mts from de metro. I know because my gps confirm the 800 mts.

I keep coming back to this hotel because it offers so much for such a reasonable price. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the city center and the Metro Station. Plus, having a grocery store nearby is a major convenience, especially with the kitchen and dining table in every room. And I can't forget to mention the wonderful staff who treat you like family.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

It is located at kind of countryside, hence peaceful environment. Green belt near the hotel makes it altogether different from city hotels.

Eventhough, we were charged for using kitchen in the room, still the kitchen was not cleaned and there was nothing provided to clean it on our own either. Language is another constraint, except one individual no one could speak english.

Very little to recommend this hotel. The smell in the room (toilet especially) was tolerable. The soiled sheets were changed on the second day when I stripped the bed and left a big sign indicating that it needed to be changed. There was a tv that worked and a remote control that almost always worked. The nicest thing I can say is that I wasn't murdered here and I wasn't robbed.

Location poor. Transport links very poor. I wouldn't walk there in the dark. Up a very steep drive and steps. Staff unhelpful. Rooms smell. Lift tiny. Breakfast only in rooms - didn't try it, although food poisoning would have taken my mind off the hotel. Windows and doors constantly stuck. Paint chipped and peeling. Shower awkward to get into and badly laid out. Toilet seat broken. Tiles broken. Air conditioning seemed to make the room warmer. Balcony looked only a derelict site. Tv only in Italian. Very small screen. Kitchenette poorly supplied, unclean and inhabited, price extra. In my opinion, the worst hotel in Rome, vastly over-priced, over-rated, and unworthy of Booked.net

Cleanliness - towels changed daily, bed linen every two days. Hotel facilities - new furniture, modern. Parking - ample and free. Transportation - close to Metro Station, only 2 stations from city center. Location - close to city center and grocery store. Staff - extremely friendly and professional.

    Absolutely nothing.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms and had a gym that was open 24 hours a day, which was very convenient for someone with a busy schedule like me. The location was also great as it was only a short walk away from the metro station and some popular restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and always greeted me with a smile.

The walls were very thin, and I could hear my neighbors talking and watching TV late at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was also disappointing, with limited options and poor quality food.

The staff was friendly and helpful, cosy and clean apartment, free breakfast, close to metro and Vatican museums, good value for the price. Comfortable room with kitchenette and balcony, facilities kept clean, hotel had character and modern rooms, ideal city center location. Free parking, complimentary breakfast, quiet and relaxing area, good value for money.

    It was all superb.
